Then, turn left on Old Whiteville Road (after you cross over railroad tracks); travel 2 ½ miles, and turn left on Derwood Road. Go ½ mile, and turn left at the Ridgefield Subdivision sign.

Storage Solutions is Lumberton’s newest and only facility with security cameras, fully lighted grounds, key-coded gated entry, and each unit has its own alarm. We offer climate- controlled, conventional and warehouse units. Units range in size from 5’x10’ to 10’x30’ and larger.

Branch Rentals is committed to providing quality rental experience and customer service. Our services include the following:

  • 1-2 days for minor repairs.
  • All other repairs completed within a week.
  • Maintenance work orders completed weekly.
  • Homes inspected quarterly.
  • Outside of homes cleaned annually or as needed.
  • Service technician available for after-hours emergency.

Rental Policies
If you are interested in one of our residential rental properties, we encourage you to complete an application at our office ($15 charge per applicant 17 years of age and older). You must be able to provide basic identification, employment, rental history, personal and work references. As part of the application process, a credit and criminal background check is performed. We have pictures of each home, inside and outside, in the office for viewing. All homes are smoke-free, and pets are not allowed. When your application is approved, one month's rent and security deposit are required.
